Avan Shoushi Plaza and Tourist Center is a project aimed for development of a tourist district which will be an important economic development activity for Shoushi setting a framework for a comprehensive long-term rehabilitation and development of the city as a cultural, tourist and educational centre.
This project includes renovation of a hotel, convention district, historic Eastern Market, ancient Caravansary, historic bath (Spa), restaurants resulting in conversion of these properties to a lively and animated contemporary tourist center. The area will host festivals, fairs and bazaars, parades and other types of celebrations. Performers will grace the events with traditional music and dance.
