Participating at this tour program will give you an opportunity to get a taste of this country. Armenia is a small country, but they're a lot of interesting destinations worth seeing. That is why you should not try to see it all at once. Armenia is better visited at a slower pace, so you can sample the food, wander the streets, and get the full experience.

Armenia isn't a country that is on many travellers’ wish list. And why not? Armenia has it all: fabulous cuisine, towering mountains and lakes, wonderful holidays and traditions and ancient historical sites. Throw in some Armenian Cognac and wine and you have the perfect ingredients for a memorable 7-day holiday on the crossroad of Europe and Asia.

Day 1:

Arrival to Yerevan. Transfer to hotel. Rest of the

day at leisure

Day 2:

Erebuni - Tumo Center for Creative Technologies, Park Victory, Cafesjian Center for the Arts, Walking Tour: duration 6-7 hours.

In the evening - Byurakan observatory.

Day 3:

Erevan, Khor Virap, Areni ( Areni Cave 1), Lunch, Jermuk, Jeep tour to Geyser, Overnight stay in Jermuk: duration 7-8 hours.

Day 4:

Jermuk, Sevan Peninsula, Dilijan, Haghartsin, Goshavank, Lake Parz, Overnight stay in Dilijan: duration - all day.

Pick up from Hotel to a full day tour

Day 1:

Enjoy the night beauty of capital Yerevan.

Day 2:

This full day tour is a combination of 2 tours; 'Modern Yerevan' and a tour of 'Ancient Erebuni Fortress'. You'll visit the Tumo Centre for Creative Technologies, Park Victory, Cafesjian Centre for the Arts, then we walk the Yerevan’s best-known places and enjoy seeing all the highlights of the city centre, including Cascade, Opera House, North Avenue, the Republic Square. In the evening you will have an opportunity to visit Byurakan Observatory, look at the stars and return to Yerevan.

Day 3:

A splendid excursion through the fertile and picturesque countryside will start from Yerevan towards the Church of the Khor Virap, considered the oldest continuously operating Christian church in the world, from here admire the panoramic view of the biblical Mt. Ararat. Learn the architectural composition of Khor Virap and hear interesting stories and legends about Khor Virap, Noah's Ark and Mt. Ararat. Continuing the tour you'll stop in the village of Areni, considered one of the oldest wine centres in the world. It is famous for its archaeological finds, vineyards, high-quality wines. Head to Areni Cave 1 marvelling at unique rock formations, discover the world’s oldest presently known wine pressing installation, dating back to around 4000 BC, and of the world’s oldest leather shoe, dated approximately to 3600 BC.

After a panoramic drive along the

beautiful landscape You'll arrive at a mountain spa town Jermuk and from here travelling up windy scenic mountain roads with a guided jeep tour to see and admire with Geyser. Magma beneath the surface acts to heat an underground source of water resulting in an explosive release of pressure.

As you walk through the fields, the ethereal environment will have you feeling like you’re on another planet. The local animal life of the geyser field is awe-inspiring as well, demonstrating that beauty can thrive even in such harsh conditions. Geyser field runoff empties into emerald green, geothermal ponds and small streams that trickle down toward lower altitudes. A trip to the Jermuk geyser field in the world is an experience you won’t soon forget.

Day 4:

After breakfast, we head to the Selim Caravansaray which lies below the road just before the summit on the south side of Selim Pass, a splendid relic of the days when an international trade route connected Vayots Dzor to the Sevan basin and points North. In medieval Armenia many buildings were built along commercial routes for the accommodation of travellers. One of those, the caravanserai of Selim dating back in 1332 by Prince Chesar Orbelian, according to an inscription in Armenian and Arabic. This caravanserai offered hospitality to travellers along the highway crossing the Selim mountains. The best preserved of all medieval caravanserais in Armenia, it comprises a vaulted antechamber and a large hall partitioned into three sections lighted through openings in the ceiling.

You'll stroll down to the medieval cemetery of Noratus well known mysterious khachkars which are characteristic of Medieval Christian Armenian art. Discover these monumental sculptures also known as an Armenian cross-stones, pronounced is a carved, memorial stele bearing a cross, and often with additional motifs such as rosettes, interlaces, and botanical motifs.

Your next stop will be at the famous peninsula of Sevan where in 921 the battle of Sevan between Armenian King Ashot Iron and Arabs took place which gave Armenia independence from Arabs. Here You will enjoy the wonderful view of the lake Sevan and the guide will explain to you the architectural composition of Sevanavank and secrets of Lake Sevan which is located 1900m above sea level.

Take memorable pictures and continue your tour to forested and reclusive town Dilijan. It is home to marvellous medieval churches Haghartsin and Goshavank, numerous Armenian artists, composers, and filmmakers and features some traditional Armenian architecture. Step back in time to see medieval monasteries Haghartsin and Goshavank dating back to 11th-13th centuries that will help you to discover the beauty of Armenian traditional architecture.

You'll end the day with a stop at the most impressive natural sites of Dilijan lying in the northern part of the town at a height of 1,400 metres above sea level. Take memorable pictures, admire a magnificent corner of the Armenian nature.

Day 5:

This full-day trip from Dilijan takes in the stunning natural beauty of the provinces Tavush. After breakfast, You'll step outside of your comfort zone and enjoy the newest adventure activity in village Enoqavan. Experience the extreme and soar 200-300 m above, on zip–lines over natural terrain that includes cliffs and forests. The zip–lines range from 135 - 750m in length, and you're sure to get a massive adrenalin rush on this.

The Rope Park at Enoqavan is a series of challenge courses interwoven within the forest canopy. The park consists of many courses with varying levels of difficulty. The total area of the Rope Park is 3.000 m2. It is a perfect place to spend a wonderful time with friends and

family. It contains a wide variety of elements, such as rope climbing exercises, obstacle courses and zip-

lines. The whole process takes about 40 minutes to overcome all ropes.

Experience the adrenaline rush from dodging paintballs and the pride from accomplishing your mission with your fellow comrades. The Power of Paintball comes with its versatility, allowing you to choose your desired experience either Entertainment or Edutainment.

Entertainment – A day of fun and recreation. Re-enact settings that include team rescue, hostage situation or the classic ‘Capture the Flag’.

Edutainment – An excellent platform to de-stress whilst enhancing teamwork in a fun and interactive atmosphere. Structure each experience to your organizations/department’s learning specifics.

De-stress or test your tactical skills through an exciting game of paintball! Jam-packed with action, paintball incorporates imaginative game concepts from the classic ‘Capture the Flag’ to fast-paced strategy games. Re-enact various scenarios that include team rescue, hostage situations, and conquering the enemy. Theme games are also highly popular and FOCUS Adventure can design a theme tailored to your ideas. There is always room for creativity!

Your guide for today will select the perfect horse for you, one that matches your temper and riding capability.

Once you’ve mounted your steed, you’ll head on out to the stunning countryside as your local guide tells you all about Icelandic folklore, specifically the elves.

In the afternoon You will also visit the Wine and Brandy factory of Ijevan and will take part in the show and exposition of Armenian local wine and brandy, taste and get introduced to the main tricks of cognac-wine making, hear about the production process of barrels for cognac.

From Ijevan You will be back to Dilijan (overnight).

Day 6:

You'll start the day with a stop in Tsaghkadzor: one of the famous popular health resort in Armenia. The infrastructure of tourism is highly developed in Tsaghkadzor, with many luxurious hotels, resorts and amusement facilities.

Then Your next stop will be the most impressive pagan temple of Garni, marvel at the kings, and uncover the detailed secrets of the Arshakuni Kings. Learn about their internal taste, their rituals, their wandering in the Middle East and the structure of their local Commenda, among the most powerful in Small Asia.

Afterwards, the tour moves to Garni Canyon, where the famous rock formations of hexagonal cylinders make up the "Symphony of Stones". Admire with the panoramic view of Garni canyon and "Symphony of Stones".

Here, enjoy, explore and learn about the techniques for making LAVASH: the traditional Armenian bread.

You will be a part of a select group to step behind the counter of a typical Armenian lavash. In the bakery you will watch a demonstration by the master baker of how a perfect lavash is made, using techniques that have been passed down through generations.

The bakers will reveal to you all of the lavash's cooking secrets.

The final stop of the tour is Geghard Cave Monastery, a huge building, partially carved from the mountain rock it is built upon. Here the spectacular towers and unique lighting

conditions create an unforgettable sight. After exploring this UNESCO World Heritage Site, guests will be transported back to their accommodations in Yerevan.

At the end return to Yerevan!
