Explore and learn about the techniques for making LAVASH: the traditional Armenian bread.
You are attending the Lavash Cooking Process. In the bakery, you will watch a master baker demonstrate how a perfect lavash is made using techniques that have been passed down through generations.
The bakers will reveal to you all of the lavash's cooking secrets.
Apart from your participation, when that heavenly, freshly baked bread smell fills the air, and the lavash comes out of the tonir (the cooking in special lavash ovens: it's called toner) all warm and golden, you also have a chance to taste newly baked and delicious lavash.
