After pick-up from your hotel, You'll be departed to Megerian Centre. There You'll be divided into groups, You are given ingredients and food, then You start cooking with the help of chef: he will tell stories about the traditions and history of Armenian cuisine.
For the main course, you might prepare homemade TOLMA (dolma). Your cooking teacher will introduce tolma, explaining the origin and history of the different recipes.
After up to 40 minutes of teamwork, when everything will be cooked, you can all enjoy it together with good Armenian wine.
Before or after cooking class your guide will escort you in the Megerian Carpet Centre, where You'll be acquainted with natural dyes, visit rug carpet production, old carpet museum named after Noyem and Hovhannes Megerians and at the end a new carpet gallery.
At the end, you'll drop off back to your hotel.
